        Brief Description The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1.        Building “A”:
a.        This project includes renovations for the existing administration building. Exterior renovations include re-roofing the existing asphalt shingle roof and replacing any deteriorated roof decking, replacing metal fascia and cornice wrap/trim, replacing siding in gable ends, replacing gutters and downspouts. Interior renovations include replacing floor coverings and base, selective paint, AV work in Board Room, replacing fire alarm system.
2.        Building “B”:
a.        This project includes the construction of a three-story administration building (Building “B”) consisting of a mixed occupancy; Assembly A-3 and Business. The primary use of the building is Business. The building has a first floor area of 16,876 SF with second and third floor areas of 14,986 SF each for a total of 46,847 SF to exterior face of wall. The Construction Type is Type IIB – fully sprinklered. Structural steel frame with brick veneer on cold formed metal framing, aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems. The single-ply roof system is a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane on rigid insulation. The interior partitions consist of gypsum wall board on metal stud framing and CMU walls at kitchen areas and stairwells. Kitchen and serving line equipment is included in the project.
