Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide a proposal for the Printing of The Connection Magazine Spring Issue to Georgia College & State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

The quote should also include preparation of the magazine for mailing and the ability to mail on our behalf ¿ Vendor should be able to mail within the state of Georgia using our existing Nonprofit Postage permit. Cost should include freight/shipping/mailing costs. Postage costs for the USPS should not be included. (We will issue a separate check to the USPS based on final mail quantity.)
¿ Delivery of final produced pieces to the USPS for mailing should take place within the window of Nov. 7 ¿ Nov. 16, 2022.
¿ Remaining magazines not delivered for mailing should be delivered to 320 N. Wayne St. Milledgeville, GA 31061
