Sealed Bids will be received by the Authority at its Administrative Offices located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 until the date and time listed below. Bids shall be sealed and mailed or delivered to the Authority so that they are received no later than the date and time listed below. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Bids shall be received by __2:00 pm, local time, on _Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Authority’s Administrative Offices located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 on the date and time listed below.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference shall be at_10:00 am, local time, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

Contractor shall hold both a General Contractors License and Utility Contractors License. The appropriate State of Georgia General Contractors License and Utility Contractors License Number should appear on the face of the sealed bid envelope. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Authority prior to the bid opening, but no bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for the period of at least 60 days, except as allowed by state law.

The work to be accomplished consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, personnel, plus perform all the necessary labor to construct a complete and functioning project as follows:
