The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf the Technical College System of the State of Georgia (“Using Agency” or "TCSG"), and North Georgia Technical College, ("NGTC") is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing design professional services for a project known as Project No.TCSG-390 Renovation of Purcell Hall, at North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms which respond to this RFQ, and who are determined by the Owner to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to offer proposals for these services.
