The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid for Whelen and Harley Davidson OEM parts and installation for 12 each 2022 Harley Davidson FLHTP Electra glide Police edition motorcycles and 1 each 2021 HD Police edition motorcycle. This is a sole brand bid only Whelen and Harley Davidson OEM parts will be accepted. No substitutions. Installation must be performed by an authorized Harley Davidson Motorcycle location. DPS will be responsible for delivery and pickup of completed HD motorcycles. Prices on parts must include shipping, freight, delivery and insurance. No additional charges will be allowed. The parts maybe delivered to the shop for installation.

DPS Post 49 is located at 959 United Ave SE Bldg 5, Atlanta, GA 30316.

Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid, such as the GA Security and Immigration Affidavit, Agency Contract form, etc.

No bonds are required for this bid. Proof of liability insurance will be required in the amounts listed in the RFQ instructional document.

Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue (DOR) and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid.

Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.
The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
