Clarke County School District is soliciting offers from qualified firms interested in providing a multi-site WAN serving multiple locations. The intent of this RFP is to obtain best-in-class solutions, support, and pricing options to architect a new WAN. The successful vendor is expected to provide the WAN network infrastructure, implementation plan, network connectivity, network hardware, and network monitoring required for a fully-managed service.
Proposer must agree to participate in the E-Rate Program for the corresponding funding year and do the following: 1) have a valid SPIN and include this SPIN on your response. 2) have a current Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC) filed with the USAC by July 1 of the corresponding funding year, 3) provide Lowest Corresponding Price, and 4) comply with E-Rate gift rules.
