02/24/2023: GT Planning, Design & Construction unit is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Step 1 RFQ) from Firms interested in providing professional Commissioning services for a project known as “New First Year Residence Hall (Bid-Contract No. 2031-23/Project No. PPV-30-2201” located at the Georgia Institute of Technology campus, Atlanta, Georgia. Respondents who are determined qualified may be shortlisted for Interview and offer proposals for these services (Step 2 RFP).
