Description
The Divisions of the Atlanta Comprehensive HIV and STD CDS Workforce, within the DeKalb County Board of Health (“DCBOH”), are seeking a licensed Service Provider to provide standard 5 test kits
that will test for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV, Syphilis, and Trichomoniasis with a collection sample that takes 2-5 days to provide test results to DCBOH and its direct affiliates.
The successful Supplier retains appropriately credentialed clinicians to review test results and has the appropriate web-based software for online reporting.
