The Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, Department or GDOT) is conducting this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road, as defined in O.C.G.A § 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A § 32-2-64 and § 32-2-69 to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Lab Testing Services products and/or services for the Office of Materials and Testing (OMAT) as further described in this eRFQ.
