Scope of Work: The scope of the work involves the construction of the Polk County Schools Bus Barn
Renovations. The work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. New roof and wall panels, trim, gutters, downspouts
2. New roof and wall insulation
3. Demo existing roof and wall panels and wall insulation
4. 15’ x 60’ x 16’ new building to connect bus barn building to wash bay building
5. (2) 10’ x 10’ roll up doors with openers.
6. Approximately 20 yds of concrete to match existing floor elevation
7. Demo 12’ x 14’ roll up door
8. New 12’x 14’ electric roll up door
9. Electrical, plumbing associated with the project
