The City of Milton is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services for the update to the Milton Comprehensive Transportation Plan. The update to the Milton Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) will refine the vision, goals and objectives; update the existing conditions inventory; evaluate and calibrate the needs assessment; update the recommendations, project prioritization and implementation; and review the successes and shortfalls of the 2016 CTP and how to build on those efforts.

The City intends to select a single consultant team to provide all of the required services through the selection process. The selected firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with the project schedule established by the City of Milton.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
