The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS or State Entity) is seeking a single qualified supplier to provide daily operations for a Commercial Sexual Exploitation Recovery Center (CSERC) located at 650 Hi Hope Lane in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The State of Georgia through DHS has identified the need for a facility dedicated to rehabilitate and accommodate, child, youth and adult victims of sexual trafficking. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified supplier to provide the full range of services to individuals in need of such services in the State of Georgia. The CSERC operator will manage and operated a turnkey 26 bed facility as a CSERC in Gwinnett County, Georgia, in compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements and laws. The facility will be leased to the supplier at a nominal (token) rate.
