Sealed Bids for the 2023 LMIG Project will be received by Bleckley County at 112 North Second Street, Cochran, Georgia, Attn: County Clerk, until Friday, March 10, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. Late bids will not be considered and will not be returned. Bid Packages will be made available at the above address.

The owner of the project is Bleckley County. The Engineer for the project is Andrew Johnson, PE of Construction Materials Services, Inc.

Project scope of work consist of 7.0 miles of HMA patching, HMA leveling and Double Surface Treatment with sand seal and striping building and grassing on both sides of roadway as needed beginning at the Cochran City limit and ending at the Pulaski County Line on Porter Road.

All sealed bids must be hand delivered. Bids must be plainly marked on the outside 2023 LMIG Project.
