City of Cumming Utilities
Water Distribution and Collection Division
The City of Cumming is requesting proposals from qualified dealerships for One (1) 4x4 250 or 2500 extended cab pickup truck for the Water Distribution and Collection Division.
Proposals should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with Distribution & Collection 250 or 2500 Pickup and City of Cumming, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040. Proposals will be received until October 31, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Cumming City Hall second floor receptionist desk or by mail. Any Proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.
Questions regarding the vehicles should be directed to Tim Day, Superintendent, 404-597-1557 or tday@cummingutilities.com no later than October 21, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Proposals are legal and binding upon submission. All proposals to be submitted in duplicate. Awarded dealership will be contacted within 120 days of proposal due date.
