Description
Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking qualified firms to provide Design-Build Services (“D/B
Services”) for the design and construction of the Replacement and/or Refurbishment of Air Handling Units
and the Replacement of Associated Fans and Duct Heaters- Phase III Fulton County Justice Center.
This project will require all engineering, construction, quality control, etc., services to replace/ refurbish
HVAC equipment in existing mechanical rooms per the attached Statement of Work found in Section 13.
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via web-conference.

SITE EXAMINATION
***There will be a Mandatory site visit for this project. It will be held on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022
at 1:30 PM, in the Fulton County Government Atrium. Proposers are required to attend and wear a mask.***
