Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf of the Lake Lanier Island Development Authority (“Using Agency” or 'LLIDA''), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Building Commissioning Services for a project known as Project No. LLIDA-001 Lake Lanier Islands Conference Center.
