Design-Build Services for Henry County Station #17
The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide design/build services for Henry County Station #17 located at 1025 Florence McGarity Boulevard, McDonough, Georgia 30252; Parcel #107-01005006. The facility shall be adjacent to the Heritage Senior Center near the overflow parking lot. The Contractor shall determine best location based on verified field topo and design. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this RFP.
Bids will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on November 9, 2022. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.
Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
