Request for Qualifications with Cost Proposals

For the provision of:

Magazine Printing,

Graphic Design and Related Services

Hall County, Georgia, is soliciting proposals from qualified printing companies for ‘Magazine Printing, Graphic Design, and Related Production Services’ (herein ‘Services’) for the maiden issue of the Hall County Magazine (herein ‘Magazine’).

Purpose: The Magazine will be the County’s premier printed communication with the public and thus the expectation is for a high quality, professionally designed, newsstand quality, printed product.

Proposal Schedule: The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified printing companies. Bids will be received by Hall County, Georgia in the Purchasing Department located on the 4th floor at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, November 10, 2022. Bids received after 2:00 pm EST will not be evaluated for an award.

Public Reading : All submitting firm’s proposals will be opened and publicly read at the time and place mentioned above. Any extension of the bidding period will be made by a formal written addendum and publicly posted.

Proposal Documents : Proposal submittal documents may be obtained by going to the County’s Website and choosing the ‘Doing Business’ header, then choosing the Bids & Proposals link at http://www.hallcounty.org/Bids.aspx , then select the bid entitled, “RFQ/P #43-017 Magazine Printing, Graphic Design and Related Services”, click on ‘Request a Bid Package’, then fill out the requested information, click ‘Submit’, and a bid package will be sent to you.
