Answers to Bidder’s Question

1. Exhibit B. Number 4 is labeled “RFQ/P #43-010 Advisory Services for OPEB Trust Fund”. **This appears to be inaccurate based on other exhibit documents included. Please clarify.

2. Exhibit C. In items 3 and 4, it asks for design and layout services “per hour”, but it is not clear how I show my total cost for design and layout for the entire project. **Could you clarify how you want both our hourly rate and our total project cost to be presented?

3. Exhibit E. Question 8 is odd; I am copying it here exactly as it is printed: “The County will depend on the printer to develop a high resolution print ready native files. including all artwork, graphics, photography and Describe in details other projects of similar requirements.”

**Could you clarify how this question is supposed to read, please?

4. Is there anything we’re supposed to do with “Exhibit A – sample contract template for services” to submit it with our RFQ/P #43-017r proposal, or is this more “for our information”?

Exhibit A – Sample Contract Template for Services shows the form and layout of any executed contract to the awardee. Bidders do not need to pre-sign Exhibit A.
