Separate, sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary for the construction of the aforementioned project.

Bids will be received by the Coweta County Board of Commissioners, Coweta County Georgia, herein referred to as "Owner" and bid documents can be purchased at the Coweta County Public Works Office, 70 Selt Road, Newnan, Georgia until 10:45 a.m. (local time) on February 24, 2023. Bids must be received by February 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (local time) at the Coweta County Administration Office, 22 East Broad Street, Newnan, Georgia. After such time on the same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Commission Chambers at 37 Perry Street, Newnan, Georgia. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed.

The major items of work consist of:

1. Traffic control
2. Cement stabilized reclaimed base construction (FDR): 118,000 square yards
3. Recycled asphalt concrete 12.5MM, 19MM and bituminous tack: 22,500 total tons
4. Grading complete (shoulder and slope construction, & mailbox grading)
5. Grassing, stabilization of newly constructed shoulders
6. Thermoplastic striping and raised pavement marker placement
7. School projects including new roadway construction and widening
