There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference to be held on Tuesday,
October 25, 2022, at 11:00 A.M.
The purpose of the conference is to review the specifications and familiarize the bidders with the scope of work. This conference is mandatory and only registered attendees’ bids will be accepted. The meeting will be held at the City of Marietta, City Hall Council Chambers, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060. Please check in with the Purchasing Division on the first floor. You may park on our deck adjacent to City Hall. Bring in your parking ticket for validation to park for free.
The names of those vendors submitting bids shall be read aloud before the public immediately following the bid closing at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at the City of Marietta / Board of Lights and Water, Purchasing Division, First Floor, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060.
Contract if and when awarded will be on the basis of information contained in the Bid Documents and other information as requested. Bids must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the proposal closing.
The city of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
