Description:

The Project involves the construction of a new 63,000 Square Foot warehouse facility, 4 loading docks, parking areas, storm water detention/ treatment facilities, and associated utilities. Currently the parcel is fully wooded and shall develop approximately 12.5 Acres. The new warehouse shall encompass offices and administrative areas with a shopping area for supporting agencies. This new complex shall serve as the primary base of operations for the Northeast Region of the Food Bank network. This facility will receive bulk goods, sort, and distribute the products to the individual Food Bank facilities in the region. The project will be a fixed price bid which includes the Base Bid and Add Alternate.
