Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is procuring Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) services in the Bremen, GA area, for receiving, storing, and protecting 100,000 barrels (BBLS) (fill capacity) of U.S. Government-owned Aviation turbine fuel, commercial grade Jet-A. A minimum of two tanks interconnected. Outbound shipping mode is Grade JAA (Jet A with additives). Product will be received via commercial pipeline system and shipped via third party furnished tank trucks. The Contractor is responsible for the technical, management, operation, maintenance, product quality surveillance, inventory control, security, and environmental protection of Contractor-Owned-Contractor-Operated (COCO) facility.
