This is a special notice for informational purposes only. The 23d Contracting Squadron is anticipating making a sole source award to Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. The HQ USAF/A3S issued Air Force Personnel Parachute Program (PPP) Aprove For Use List (AUL) item. This Low Profile Parachutes Assemby and the accessories are as follows:
