Description

This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.



This procurement is restricted to those companies eligible for call orders under the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest Road Maintenance Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the USFS with agreement numbers 12444022A0001 through 12444022A0003.

Project Title: Dunaway Gap Road Maintenance -- Road Maintenance BPA Call Order



Project Description: The Dunaway Gap Road Maintenance BPA Call Order is a project that includes blading operations, repairing road segments, cleaning culvert inlet and outlet structures, providing and placing crushed aggregate, roadside brushing, and other road maintenance related work on approximately 8-9 miles of Forest Service roads in preparation for timber sales.



Project Location: Conasuaega Ranger District



PSC: The primary service code is Z2LB, Repair or Alteration of Highways/Roads/Streets/Bridges/Railways.



NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 115310 – forestry services and forest management plans preparation.



Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity.



The BPA is composed of small businesses. There are currently three businesses that will receive this solicitation.



The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is melissa.heckenlaible@usda.gov.
