INDUSTRY DAY - GSA Region 4 SERVICES FOR ROOFING REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, IMPROVEMENT AND ROOF MAINTENANCE

THIS NOTICE IS ISSUED AS AN INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal, nor does it represent any commitment by the Government. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. A solicitation does not presently exist.

On March 30, 2023, the Region 4 General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service will host a pre-solicitation Industry Day information session to discuss the upcoming Regional Roofing requirement for GSA PBS. This information session is being provided for open discussion, comments, and questions as GSA PBS refines the Roofing requirement.

This notice and event are not to be considered a solicitation for proposals. The intent of this notice and event is to assist the Government in conducting market research to evaluate the state of available sources. This event will also serve to communicate potential opportunities, needs, and requirements to the community of capable firms within industry, and will provide a forum for engagement with industry. Requests for solicitation will receive no response from GSA PBS. Nothing in this notice or event shall constitute, now or in the future, a binding legal, financial or contractual commitment on behalf of the United States. The Government will not reimburse companies for any costs associated with this notice or event.

LOCATION: VIRTUAL

REGISTRATION: This event will be open to U.S. citizens and to foreign nationals working for U.S.-based contractors. Space for virtual attendance is limited to no more than two (2) attendees per company. At least one (1) representative should have contract knowledge. To register for virtual participation, please complete the R4 GSA Roofing Industry Day Registration Form . All registrations must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023, 3:30 P.M. Eastern.

Please note that registration for the Industry Day constitutes consent to the listing of your company and POCs in SAM.gov.

Industry day session information and link for virtual participation will be sent via email by Andrea Brzoska, andrea.brzoska@gsa.gov once your company’s registration has been received and confirmed.

QUESTIONS: A series of documents have been posted to SAM.gov including GSA Industry Day Questions for Interested Sources. Responses to GSA’s questions are required and may be submitted, along with any questions regarding the supplied documents, via email to Andrea Brzoska, andrea.brzoska@gsa.gov by March 24, 2023, 3:30 P.M. Eastern.
