This is a Sources Sought Notice (SS) for market research purposes only.
This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potential qualified Small Business concerns capable of providing Ice Machine Maintenance and Repair Services for forty-three (43) located at Trident Refit Facility (TRF), Kings Bay, Georgia.
A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Additional detailed information is provided on the attached Draft Description of Requirement (DOR). As part of its market research, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to determine the availability of contractors capable of fulfilling the Government’s requirements.
The Government may use the responses to this SSN for information and planning purposes.
The Statement of Work (SOW) draft describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Quotes (RFQ).
This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.
Period of Performance: 07 May 2023 to 06 May 2024 with a potential for two (2) option years.
Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall not exceed four (4) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests.
No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation at this time In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Point of Contact (POC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
Responses shall be submitted by 4:00 P.M. ET, March 06, 2023. Any questions must be submitted in writing to kenneth.b.brown4@navy.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted.
